Common questions
What MLS data do I upload?
The same comp set you would pull for a listing appointment. Closed sales, similar bed/bath, within 0.5 miles, last 6 months. CSV export from any MLS.
Is this Cloud CMA or Homebot?
Neither. Cloud CMA is a PDF generator. Homebot is an AVM email service. DayOne is a live tracked link that turns your real comps into a relationship feed.
