Draft, pending legal review

Privacy Policy

Effective June 21, 2026. DRAFT, pending legal review.

This Policy explains how DayOne, operated by Net Gain Realty LLC, collects, uses, and shares information. It covers both account holders (agents) and people who receive and view a report link.

1. Information we collect

  • Account information you provide (name, email).
  • Customer Data you upload (MLS exports) and the reports generated.
  • Engagement Data we observe when a report link is opened: views, return visits, multiple-viewer signals, approximate timing, referrer, device and browser information, and a visitor identifier stored via a cookie.

2. How we use it

  • To provide and operate the Service for the agent (generate and deliver reports, show the agent engagement on their reports).
  • To create de-identified, aggregated statistics and market-intelligence, which we may use and disclose to third parties (for example, lenders and real estate platforms). We disclose this only in de-identified, aggregate form.
  • We retain information by default to support ongoing reporting; we do not store property photos.

3. If you received a report link (you do not need an account)

If an agent shared a DayOne report with you, this page records engagement (views, return visits) so the agent can see activity. You have rights below regardless of whether you have an account. A notice appears on the report page itself.

4. Our role

For delivering an agent's report and tracking engagement on it, we act as the agent's service provider. When we create and commercialize our own de-identified, aggregated insights, we act as a business for our own purposes; that use is described here.

5. Your choices and rights

Depending on your state, you may have rights to know, access, delete, correct, and opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. You can exercise these without an account by contacting matthew@netgain.realty or using our privacy request form. We honor Global Privacy Control browser signals as an opt-out of sale or sharing.

6. De-identified data commitment

We publicly commit to maintain and use de-identified, aggregated data only in that form, not to attempt to re-identify it, and to contractually obligate any recipient to the same.

7. Business transfers

If we are part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, handled consistent with this Policy.

8. Changes and contact

We will not make material changes to how we use personal information without appropriate notice and, where required, consent. Contact: matthew@netgain.realty.
